Utah Sheriffs' Association

The Utah Sheriffs’ Association became the first correctional association in the United States to use a web based application specifically created to manage its entire inspection and accreditation process against 580 established jail standards.  Launched in May, 2007, the system is used statewide and helps sheriffs primarily to proactively defend themselves against increasingly filed prisoner litigation.   Utah counties boast the highest success rate in prisoner litigation defense across the entire United States.  We are proud to be associated with their progressive and proactive management approach to resolve these potentially costly concerns.

Horizon Air GSE

In June 2006, Horizon Airlines partnered with Gryphyn Works to become the first airline to manage all its Ground Support Equipment (GSE) completely paperless.  All work orders, equipment and parts tracking, repair history and mechanic notes are now entered into the system by mechanics for hands-on use in all 60 Horizon Airline hubs across the United States.  The system saved Horizon Airlines GSE Department over $270,000 within its first year in equipment and labor.

Creative Corrections

Creative Corrections is the largest federal government correctional contract monitoring company in the United States.  Executive management approached Gryphyn Works in 2008 to provide a flexible database solution to more effectively manage its contracted audits, monitor the results and submit findings back to the federal government.  Using the web-based system, audits take place in over 350 correctional facilities across the United States.
